I was born and bred in the most livable city in the world - Melbourne. It has a fantastic vibe and multiculturalism about it. I always grew up with a passion for taking photos.
I have worked with two major Australian airlines, Ansett Australia and more recently Qantas, for a total of 14 years as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - (Avionics).
I worked with the Bureau of Meteorology as a Technical Officer - Engineer, and was based at Davis Station in Antarctica for 13 months during the 2016 Winter 2017 Summer seasons.
Undertaking an Advanced Diploma in Photography (part time).
I also love the weather. From observations, forecasting, to storm chasing and severe weather photography.

My Photography.
The majority of my photography is landscape photography. I do also love severe weather, wildlife, travel and photojournalism photography.
I have traveled the world to the extremes like the island of Svalbard in the Arctic circle and the Antarctic Peninsula in the Antarctic circle to get some amazing photographs. Storm chasing in Tornado Alley to the tropical waters of the Bahamas. I am a very well traveled photographer.
The majority of my earlier photos were taken with my Canon 7D, Canon Powershot Pro1 and my point and shoot cameras Canon IXUS 900ti & 110is. My new cameras include the Canon 7D MKII and the Canon 5D MIII.
All of my images and content are protected by both the Australian & international copyright law and cannot be used in any manner without the permission of myself.
I also like taking photos of peoples pets as a keep safe for future memories. Please contact me for more information. I am also willing to work alongside companies if they require photos for their own purposes.

It was my pleasure to be the 2nd Photographer in Residence at the world-renowned Skymirror Gallery. Spending 6 weeks from September - November working in the gallery, curating duties, greeting guests and creating my own photography portfolio of Sea Lake, Lake Tyrrell and the surrounding area. US National Weather Service - North Platte, Nebraska
I feel very honoured to be contacted by the NWS asking to use my video of the Burwell tornado for educational purposes as part of the 2015 Storm Spotter Training sessions over a two month period (March - April 2015) throughout Nebraksa. Below is the link to the training schedule and the video being used. My video shows how this EF-2 tornado dragged in nearby precipitation around it (Rain curtains, Rain Wrapped Tornado) and become invisible behind the rain. I have posted a link to the full video showing the various stages, formation, becoming rain wrapped and cycling around the mesocyclone.
This dangerous EF-2 tornado had estimated peak winds at 125 MPH, Path length/Statute 1.6 Miles, Path width/Maximum 700 Yards.

This photo was purchased by Air Services Australia and now hangs on the wall in the foyer of the new aircraft control tower for the workers and many visitors that pass through each year to see.
Animal Eco-Warriors
